Wristbands will be delivered 5–7 days before the festival.
If your pincode was not serviceable, you would have received a QR code via email and WhatsApp.
You can then collect your wristband at the Box Office.

How to Redeem Your Tickets at the Box Office
The Box Office is a booth that opens 2–3 days before the festival.
To collect your wristband, please present your Booking ID, payment confirmation, and a valid photo ID (the ID must belong to the person under whose name the booking was made).
You will then redeem your wristband!
