STALLS


Terms and Conditions

Application and Approval
  • All applications must be completed in full and submitted by the designated deadline, i.e., 6:00PM, 30th September 2025.
  • Approval of applications is at the sole discretion of the festival organizers.
  • Please note that we will not be making individual confirmation calls. Successful applicants will receive an official email confirmation regarding their stall allocation by no later than October 5th, 2025.
  • The festival reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
Fees and Payment
  • Stall fees must be paid in full within 10 days, i.e., no later than October 15th, 2025, upon acceptance of the application.
  • Payment methods will be specified in the acceptance letter.
  • No refunds will be issued once the application is accepted, except at the discretion of the organizers.
Stall Allocation
  • Stalls will be allocated based on availability, type of stall, and order of application.
  • The festival reserves the right to assign or reassign stall locations as deemed necessary.
Setup and Pack-down
  • Stallholders must set up their stalls on the 13th of November 2025 and dismantle their stalls immediately at the end of the festival.
  • Late setup or pack-down may result in penalties or loss of stall rights
Compliance and Conduct
  • Offensive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
  • Stallholders are responsible for the conduct of their staff and volunteers.
Product and Service Restrictions
  • Only the products and services approved in the application may be sold or promoted.
  • No unauthorized or illegal items are permitted. Sale of alcoholic beverages, including local beer, local wine, and similar beverages, is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken if anyone is found not complying.
  • Gambling, of any form, is strictly prohibited.
  • All products must comply with relevant safety and health standards. **Food stalls mandatorily requires a valid FSSAI Certificate.
Insurance and Liability
  • Stallholders must hold valid public liability insurance covering their stall activities.
  • The festival organization is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring at the stall or during the event.
Promotion and Media
  • The festival may use images, videos, and promotional material featuring stallholders for marketing purposes.
  • Stallholders agree to promote the event in a positive manner.
Cancellation and Changes
  • The festival reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If the event is canceled , stall fees will be refunded minus any applicable administration costs.
  • The festival may make minor changes to stall locations or arrangements as necessary.
Termination
  • The festival reserves the right to terminate the stall agreement at any time if terms are breached.
  • In such cases, the stallholder will be asked to vacate immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

    Submission of the application constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
